2. Scope of Services

Ustaad is a platform that connects customers seeking Ustaad / Technicians services with experienced professionals. Our network of skilled Ustaad / Technicians provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and home repairs. provides a platform that connects Clients with Ustaad / Technician to perform a variety of services, including but not limited to:

  • Electric

  • Plumbing

  • Carpeting

  • Minor repairs

  • Painting

  • And Others

3. Responsibilities of the Client

The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about the services they need. Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using our platform. This includes contact details, service requests, and payment information.

  • Providing access to the property where the services will be performed.

  • Paying the agreed-upon price for the services.

  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Safety Precautions: Customers must ensure a safe working environment for our handymen. Clear any hazards and inform the handyman of any potential risks or safety concerns.

4. Responsibilities of the Ustaad / Technician

The Ustaad / Technician is responsible for:

  • Performing the services in a professional and timely manner.

  • Using only high-quality materials and workmanship.

  • Leaving the property clean and tidy at the end of the job.

  • Informing the Client of any potential hazards or delays.

5. Pricing

The price of the services will be agreed upon between the Client and the Ustaad / Technician. Whereas does charge commissions on the services.

6. Payment

The Client is responsible for paying the agreed-upon price for the services. Payment can be made by cash or Online Transfer.

7. Cancellation

  • Either party may cancel the agreement for the services at any time, but the Client will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee of 25% PKR 400 as visiting charges whichever is higher than the agreed-upon price.

  • If a customer needs to cancel a booked service, please do so with reasonable notice and if our Ustaad / Technician is at your place, then you will have to pay visiting charges.

  • Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to users who violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service will be resolved by the management of UstaadJi. The arbitration will be held in Karachi, Pakistan.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Pakistan.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these Terms of Service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

13. Notices

All notices and other communications under these Terms of Service will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in Pakistan through e-mail as follows:

14. Headings

The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.

15. Counterparts

These Terms of Service may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.

These Terms of Service will be in the English language and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Pakistan.

17. Modification may modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the modified Terms of Service on its website. The modified Terms of Service will be effective immediately upon posting.

18. Liability

a. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the provision of services by our Ustaad / Technician. We recommend customers verify the ustaad’s / Technician’s qualifications and ensure they have the necessary insurance coverage and protocols to avoid any possible loss.

19. Acceptance

By using's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
